John Tress

John joined BII in 2022 as Head of Corporate Strategy.

Prior to BII, he spent 13 years in PwC’s advisory and assurance businesses, working with clients on sustainable finance and international development. He also served as the first Finance Director of the Global Innovation Fund.

John is a qualified chartered accountant and also serves on the Board of the Howard League for Penal Reform, the world’s oldest prison reform charity.
