Oscar Njuguna
Acting Chief Executive Officer, Nairobi International Financial Centre
Oscar Njuguna is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Nairobi International Financial Centre (NIFC).
He is a lawyer with 25 years international experience in financial services, policy and regulation. After studying and qualifying as a solicitor in London, Oscar worked in the banking and insurance sectors before joining the Financial Services Authority. Following this, he spent nine years supporting the development of the financial sector in Qatar before moving to Kenya at the end of 2017 to lead the establishment of the NIFC. The NIFC is a new business environment created to attract investment and support innovation.
