About the programme

About the programme
Our two-year Investment and Impact Graduate Analyst programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their careers in development finance.

People taking part in the programme will get the chance to hone their skills through two rotations: a twelve month placement in an Investment team and a twelve month placement in the Impact group, with the opportunity for international travel to the countries in which we invest.

Over the course of the programme, you’ll take on a variety of different responsibilities. With our Impact teams, you will learn how to assess an investment based on the social, environmental and economic impact it will deliver, and you will understand how to manage existing investments to help them enhance their impact. In your Investment team rotation, you will work on proposals for new investments and work with senior members of the team in post-transaction management of investments.

At the end of the programme, you will have developed a wide range of experience in both impact and investment and a clear understanding of which area you would like to specialise in.

Who are we looking for?
Above all else, we are looking for people who share our passion for impact investing and want to help us tackle some of the biggest challenges facing developing and emerging economies.

Applications will open at the end of September for our 2027 Graduate programme.
