Circulate Capital Oceans Fund I-B is Circulate Capital’s second fund, focused on investing in South and South-East Asia, and on investing in the circular economy, particularly plastic waste recycling. It was founded in 2018 to help solve the global crisis of plastic waste management, with Asia contributing 60 per cent of plastic marine pollution.
