Towards a decade of action: 10 years to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals
The start of 2020 marks ten years until the deadline to fulfil the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Despite the growth of the impact investment market, the annual funding gap for reaching the goals is estimated to be $2.5 trillion.
This year the focus of our Review is on the decade of action to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the role we can play as the UK’s Development Finance Institution, to address the funding gap and realise the goals.
To mark the publication of our 2019 Annual Review, we will be hosting a series of three online events, in which we discuss the themes in the review.
