The Promotion of Access to Information Manual (PAIA Manual)

In accordance with South Africa’s Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), BII South Africa has published its PAIA Manual. The manual sets out the records held by BII South Africa and explains how requests for access to information may be submitted.
