Catherine Kimaryo

Catherine has over 20 years’ experience in development finance across several emerging markets, both as an executive and a practitioner including at TDB Group and IFC (World Bank Group), respectively. She is passionate about excellence, growth, and transformation.

Catherine serves as a Strategic Advisor to leaders at the executive and board levels. She is a qualified and practising Executive Coach since 2015 as well as a Leadership Mentor. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on boards across the African continent.

Catherine holds an Advance Management Diploma from INSEAD; an MBA from Wits Business School; and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. She is based in Daar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Catherine will be joining Debt ICs with a focus on Africa.
