Heramb Hajarnavis

Heramb brings nearly 30 years of global investment experience across health care, financial services, manufacturing, business services and technology. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of SeaLink Capital Partners (SCP), an investment firm partnering with entrepreneurs to scale high potential companies using global best practices.

Prior to SCP, Heramb led KKR’s private equity business in India and previously worked at Goldman Sachs based out of their New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Mumbai offices, evaluating investment opportunities for the firm’s global private equity and mezzanine funds. Earlier, he was part of the senior management team at Centennial Communications, a NASDAQ listed telecoms company later acquired by AT&T.

He also serves on the boards of Sundram Fasteners Limited, India Nippon Electricals Limited and JM Financial Asset Management Limited, contributing to strategic direction, governance and senior leadership guidance. His industry expertise has led to roles on national committees, including India’s National Committee on Venture Capital & Private Equity, the Sub Committee on Issues Pertaining to Foreign Investment, and a US–India Health Initiative taskforce on healthcare financing. He additionally advises several companies as a Senior Advisor.

Heramb holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he wrote his thesis under Nobel Laureate Prof. Robert Solow, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was awarded an Aspen Institute Fellowship in 2008.
