Jasandra Nyker

Jasandra is a seasoned investment and operating executive with over 27 years of global experience across the energy transition, climate infrastructure, and private equity sectors. She is the Managing Partner of Saja Climate Partners, an investment and advisory platform dedicated to scaling responsible and regenerative climate solutions, with a particular focus on the Global South.

Alongside this role, she is currently providing in-house CEO–level and hands-on operational leadership to portfolio companies backed by the Eurazeo Infrastructure Fund. In this capacity, she supports platform build-out, operational turnaround, governance strengthening, and value creation across renewable-energy and energy-storage assets in Europe. She also works closely with the DFI community, advising on capital structuring, risk mitigation, governance, and scalable investment models for climate and infrastructure platforms in emerging and frontier markets.

Previously, she served as CEO of Nala Renewables, building a global multi-gigawatt renewables platform from concept to operations, and as CEO of BioTherm Energy, transforming it into a leading pan-African independent power producer with successful shareholder exits. She has also held senior investment roles at Denham Capital and PCG, deploying institutional capital across clean energy and climate technologies globally. She is widely recognised for her ability to translate strategy into execution while delivering institutional-grade governance and returns.
