Jonny Gill

Jonny Gill heads the Investment Policy and Process team within the Office of the CIO. He re-joined BII in March 2016, initially as a Director in the Intermediated Equity Team and moved into his current role in 2018.

Previously he worked at Social Finance Ltd, a non-profit organisation focussed on advice and capital raising for social sector organisations, where he primarily worked on social impact bonds and impact investments in the health sector. Prior to this Jonny spent six years at BII, investing into and monitoring fund investments in Africa.

His earlier career was with Hewitt Associates in their investment consultancy division. Jonny is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from the Saï d Business School at the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Study in Continental Europe from the University of Bristol.
