Maria Kozloski

External Investment Committee Member

Maria Kozloski is the Senior Vice President of The Rockefeller Foundation’s Innovative Finance team, which makes impact investments aimed at unlocking private capital flows for global good, with a focus on climate finance.

She also leads The Rockefeller Foundation’s Economic Equity team, which uses strategic grantmaking to advance public policies benefiting America’s working families and promote partnerships that spur greater investment in underserved communities across the country.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, Maria was the Global Head and Chief Investment Officer of Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds at IFC (International Finance Corporation). Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin Investment Management Company and The World Bank.

Maria has a bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, and a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
