Ndaba Mpofu

Ndaba Mpofu joined British International Investment (based in Johannesburg) as Director in the Financial Services Group equity team in 2017. He subsequently became Head of Financial Services Debt and Trade Finance. He is responsible for managing our debt investment programme into the financial services sector, which includes banks and non-bank financial institutions, across our geographies.

Previously, Ndaba worked for the International Finance Corporation where he was Principal Investment Officer in the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that, he worked in corporate banking with the Standard Chartered Bank Group, as well as in the private equity industry in Southern Africa.
